In this Agreement, "bh444", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation that operates the bh444 platform. "User", "Member", or "you" refers to any person registered on or visiting this site.

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. 4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 would receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• If bh444 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• The terms of promotional offers may change at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The bh444 VIP Program has five tiers. Members can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. The cashback amount is variable and is at the discretion of bh444.

5.1 General Betting Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error occurs in determining a gaming result, bh444 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.

5.2 Sports Betting

When participating in sports betting, members must confirm that they do not personally hold any insider information about the relevant sport or event that is not available to the general public. Placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bh444:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling an account to a third party.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the system or game software.

• Behaving abusively or making threats toward other members.

Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Legal requirements or regulatory directives.
• Failure to complete account verification.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Bet losses or game interruptions caused by internet connection issues.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• The member's own negligence or failure to protect their password.
